Bathrooms with Light

I can't say I've moved a ton in my life, but I have lived in several places and had, therefore, different bathrooms.  But in none of the six bathrooms I have ever called my own have ever had a window!  I feel so deprived.  The result has been, for the most part, some gloomy bathrooms.  I'm such a natural light person that it turns me off to the point that I'm very unlikely to put much decorating effort into the room.  The result? Blah bathrooms.

My only current remedy is to bathroom dream.

I like the pretty yet masculine look of this one....

Gray is also a new favorite of mine!

I love the contrast of the bright green/yellow and the stark white.

Who wouldn't feel refreshed in this bathroom?

Can a bathroom this amazing even exist?  Look at all that natural light?  It looks like it could feed right into a dressing room and then into the bedroom, where I could have antique bedroom decor and a makeup vanity to go along with the vintage-y bathroom.

Look at this dreamy bathroom vanity!

This next one might be my ultimate dream bathroom....rustic, full of natural light, spacious....

Let there be light!

Embroidery Hoop Art

As of late, my time has been spent outside gardening or in the kitchen experimenting with different items we've beeng growing.  Thus, the coming of spring meant the departing of my urge to craft.

But the urge has returned.

Today I created a little wall decor using an old embroidery hoop, cotton fabric, scrapbook paper, book pages, and jute string.  It's reminiscent of the wreath I made here, because I am loving festive pennants and loving these soft, fresh colors.

Whether it's by gardening or crafting, I love to celebrate spring!

Messy

Didn't I just post here about how I love to be organized?

Well, I do.

But isn't it nice when things are supposed to look a little messy?

A little homemade?

A little rough around the edges?

A little bit natural?

How nice it is, indeed!

Zucchini Pesto Pasta

My garden has been a dream lately.  We've cut tons of basil, and over the weekend, we picked a nice big zucchini.  So, I wanted to make a meal of garden produce!

I didn't have a recipe to follow.  I was just playing it by ear, so to speak.  But roughly, I used:
1 thinly sliced zucchini
2 cups uncooked pasta
1 cup homemade pesto sauce
2 cups thinly sliced chicken breast
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

I cut the zucchini ino thin ribs and sauteed it in garlic salt and olive oil.

And then, well, I mixed everything (zucchini strips, cooked chicken, cooked pasta, cheese, and pesto sauce) together!  It tasted so good.

So unbelievably fresh!

Review and Giveaway with The Coupon Wallet!

I am so fortunate to be able to do great giveaways here at Till Death Do Us Part.  It's all made possible by great companies and sponsors.

Today's awesome giveaway is courtesy of The Coupon Wallet.  Times are tight , and I have turned into a coupon hound.  That's where organization is key.  I organize everything else, so it was time to organize my coupons as well!

I have two of great products from The Coupon Wallet. The first is a basic coupon organizer in a totally cute fruit pattern!

There are tons of coupon wallets and organizers out there, and they usually consist of basic accordian organizers.  This one is very different!  It has tabbed dividers and is very heavy-duty.  It even comes with scissors for clipping last-minute coupons and pre-printed shopping lists.  It also attaches to your shopping cart--how convenient!

I also have a delux organizer....it is the MOTHER of all coupon wallets, and I love the pattern!

It has everything that the basic organizer does plus a calculator (no more using my cell phone!), pen, grocery club card holders, and small magnifier!  I also love how much room it has and that you can customize your extra tabs for more organization.  All the organizers are hand-washable, as well!

The Coupon Wallet is the number 1 seller of coupon organizers on the web, and they're manufactured in and shipped from the good ol' USA!  They also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Ready to win your very own oranizer from The Coupon Wallet?  Here's how!

To Enter:

1. Become a public follower of Till Death Do Us Part. (mandatory)
2. Visit The Coupon Wallet and tell me what product you would choose if you win (they have every color and pattern under the sun!). (mandatory)
3. Tell me your favorite store to visit with coupons.

This giveaway will be open worldwide from today through Sunday, June 19 at 10 p.m. central time.  Giveaway winner will be announced here that night!

If you'd like to shop for an organizer now, use the coupon code Crazywego10 for 10% off your purchase!

Good luck!
