Sponges hold germs. Paper towels don't hold up. Is there another cleaning option?
Yes!
Meet Skoy Cloths.
Skoy Cloths are all-natural, pulp-based cleaning cloths that are stiff and almost papery when dry and become supple and flexible just like a washcloth when wet. These cloths are absolutely superior to sponges because they can be easily cleaned so they don't hold germs! Skoy Cloths were created in the late 90s by moms Karen and Michelle, who were tired of the continual waste caused by paper towels. Their cloths were even featured in Reader's Digest and Women's Day Magazine!
Here are a few of Skoy Cloths' best features:
- Superior durability
- Ability to absord 15 times its own weight
- Long-lasting
- Dishwasher/washing machine safe
- 100% biodegrable.
- Microwaveable for sanitation
One Skoy Cloth is equivalent to 15 rolls of paper towels. That's a lot of money saved!
I am a huge fan of Skoy Cloths. They clean better than washcloths and paper towels, and they are a breeze to clean. They through many uses (up to fifty washes), and they are a breeze to clean. I like to pop mine into the dishwasher to clean and lay them flat to dry. How easy is that?
(Click here for complete info on use and care.)
And they come in pretty colors and designs!
For this review, I was sent a four-pack of color flower Skoy Cloths.
These are absolute lifesavers (especially for someone like me who is in the kitchen a lot). They clean wonderfully, wash easily, and get rid of really tough spills and messes! I enjoy the peace of mind of taking them out of the dishwasher and knowing that I'm not using a bacteria-infested sponge. I also love that when I'm not using them, I can store them flat in a drawer, not wet on the back of the sink like a dirty sponge!
And I'm a sucker for the pretty flowers!
Skoy Cloths generously sent me an extra set of cloths to give away to one lucky reader.

I'd either use them to clean my kitchen, or I'd include them in a gift basket - they are so pretty, they'd be perfect for a themed gift!
