Starburst Crochet Scrubbers

I love to crochet washcloths and dishcloths, but when I saw these starburst crochet scrubbers on Ravelry, I thought they would make a more sturdy alternative to a dishcloth.

It only takes about thirty minutes to whip one up.

The variegated yarns look especially lovely in the spiral pattern of the scrubby.

Sturdy and easy-to-grip, these measure about three inches in diameter.

I can't wait to make more!

There is also a video tutorial available here.

Scrub away!

  2. Thanks for bringing these scrubbies up. I made one as a gift last Christmas and wanted to make more. I totally forgot where I saw the video for making them but have the link now again so thanks. I will have some cotton thread leftover from my African flower blanket I am making and will use it up to make these.

It is my first visit to your blog and I am off to look at more...
